Fab Fit Fun Summer Box

Summer is in full swing and if you’ve been on Instagram lately, you’ve probably seen people posting about the Fab Fit Fun box. I’ve posted about Fab Fit Fun before and I’m here to do it again because it’s honestly one of my favorite things to get in the mail. I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 3 years and during that time I have really grown to love the company and the boxes. The Summer 2019 box is no exception!

So what exactly is a Fab Fit Fun box??

The box is a box full of beauty, wellness, fashion, and fitness products valued at over $200 and always FULL SIZE (no sample minis here). Each season Fab Fit Fun comes out with a new box (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) with products tailored to that season in some way, shape, or form.

Which subscription is right for me?

Fab Fit Fun offers a few subscription options. In my opinion, the ANNUAL subscription offers the best bang for your buck!

  1. Seasonal Subscription - The seasonal subscription means you’ll pay $49.99 each season (4 times per year) and will ship according to the seasonal schedule. This option is great if you aren’t sure you want to continue with the boxes or want to try them out for a few seasons.

  2. Annual Subscription - The annual subscription is what I have opted to have and it’s totally worth it. You will still receive a box every season but you'll pay a one time yearly fee of $179.99 (that gives you a little extra savings and also A LOT of perks). If you are an annual subscriber, you will also become a “Select Member” which means your box usually ships out earlier and you get to customize the items you want in your box - a feature that sold me on annual vs. seasonal! If you have the seasonal, you can always upgrade to the annual subscription if you change your mind!

This summer’s box is filled with so many great products. My personal favorite is the COOLA Setting Spray that is SPF 30 and great to throw in your bag for the pool or the beach!

If you want to try a Fab Fit Fun box, you can sign up HERE and RECEIVE $10 OFF YOUR FIRST BOX

Depending on when you sign up, you will receive either the seasonal box (right now it would be summer) or an Editor’s Box (if seasonal is sold out). Either box is filled with the $200 worth of products! I actually started off with an Editor’s Box because I signed up in between seasons.

Olive Green Ruffle Triangle Bikini - Top only $15.99 & find matching bottoms too! (I featured this suit earlier this week on the BLOG)

Pink Velvet String Mini Bikini - Top is $16.99 and Bottoms only $10.99! I have this suit and not going to lie, I was on the fence when I ordered it because I feel like it could go either way with being cute or just too much....SO GLAD I ORDERED IT, its so cute and unique.  Definitely order a size up in both the top and bottoms (maybe 2 sizes up in the top).

Ribbed Lace Up Bikini (in Rustic Red) - Top is $21.99 and Bottoms are $12.99. This one comes in several colors and the ribbed material is a little thicker than your normal bathing suit material so it provides some extra piece of mind with coverage when you get it wet (no see through swimmie here)!

Ruffle Deep-V One Piece - Comes in a few colors and prints, the purple color is $24.99! I think I may order the print featured above...I'm not really into one pieces but being almost 8 months pregnant, I think I'm going to try it out! I'll let you girls know how it works out (fingers crossed)!

Bandeau Bikini in Teal Floral - I LOVE this print! It's so fun and perfect for summer. Top is on sale for $12.99 and Bottoms are only $12.99 too! This also comes in a ton of fun prints for the summer that you can mix and match along with the other suits on their site. 

Velvet Strappy High Neck Bikini - Top is $12.99 and Bottoms are also $12.99. I find with these halter style tops that you definitely want at least a size up because they tend to rise up a bit more than a traditional triangle top.

Ruffle Bikini Under $30!

 I LOVE summer and love the beach even more.  So when it comes time to finding great bikinis, I’m always on the hunt for quality at a great price.  Victoria’s Secret has been my go-to for years, so when they announced back in 2016 they were no longer going to carry swimwear, I freaked! 

Thankfully, we can all rest assured because their PINK line still carries a ton of styles!!  

I’ve been super into olive green lately so when I can across this ruffled triangle top bikini for under $30 I was ecstatic.  However I was a little worried about what the quality would be like. To my surprise, it is awesome!

The bikini is fully light and has light removable padding in the top.  As with most of their stuff, it runs a bit small so here I’m wearing a Medium for the top and Small for the bottoms. It also comes in a ton of colors and prints!

Best part about all of this?! It’s only $29.95!!!!  

Beach + Dogs = Happiness

Like many of you from the Northeast, I grew up spending my summer "down the shore" and visiting the Florida sunshine when snow was the only in sight during the winter.  My family is that family who sits on the beach from dawn until dusk and oddly none of us get bored, we don't complain, its definitely our happy place.  So what can make a the sun and sand even better?  PUPPIES! 

My husband and I share a mutual love for the beach and ocean and dogs, but he is a little less content with just vegging in the sand all day...he needs an "activity".  So, when we would visit South Florida we would always go to the Jupiter Dog Beach....and no, when we started this, we didn't have a dog.  But of course when we got our Frenchie baby Havana (who travels with us EVERYWHERE...more to come on that) we couldn't wait to take her to the dog beach!

Now, every time we visit Florida, we start our mornings with coffee, puppies, and the sunrise.  I'm determined to make this a permanent lifestyle one day, but for now, our few visits per year will have to suffice.
